Crock Pot Pizza     by Brett Peil

INGREDIENTS:

 

16 oz pkg wide kluski noodles, prepared

1 1/2 lb ground beef

1 pkg pepperoni

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz pkg shredded mozzarella

24 oz can plain spaghetti sauce

24 oz can pizza sauce

 

DIRECTIONS:

Brown and drain the beef with the onion and green pepper.  Add the sauces.  Heat through.  Put half the meat sauce on the bottom of the crock.  Then put half the noodles, pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheeses.  Repeat layers, ending with the cheese on top. 

 

 Cook on low all day (8 hours).
